The downloadable archive contains:

1. transflux_v1.py - TransFlux source code
2. gpr_mapper.py - A function that maps the gene-expression data to the reactions using the GPR associations
3. list_genes.py - A function that lists the genes present in the given metabolic model

Additionally, a small sample expression file and a sample metabolic model are bundled in the downloadable archive for testing purposes.
